EMI Terms
Overview
Sleeplyf offers No-Cost EMI and standard EMI options on eligible products, making it easier for you to buy the sleep products you need without paying the full amount upfront.
EMI is facilitated through our payment gateway and participating banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). By choosing an EMI option at checkout, you agree to the terms set out below, as well as the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution.
Eligibility
EMI availability depends on your card, bank, or NBFC and is subject to their individual eligibility criteria. There is no minimum order value set by Sleeplyf to use EMI.
EMI options will be displayed at checkout based on what is supported by your payment method. If no EMI option appears for your card or account, please contact your bank or financial institution directly.
Available EMI Options
EMI is available on eligible credit cards, debit cards, and through select NBFCs (such as Bajaj Finserv, HDFC, and ICICI) as offered by our payment gateway. The exact list of supported banks, cards, and NBFCs is shown at checkout and may change from time to time.
Tenure options typically include:
• 3 months
• 6 months
• 12 months
• 24 months
Not all tenures may be available for all cards or financial institutions. The tenures available to you will be displayed at checkout based on your payment method.
No-Cost EMI
No-Cost EMI means you pay only the product price split across your chosen tenure — no interest is charged to you.
Important: No-Cost EMI is typically available on shorter tenures of 3 to 6 months. Longer tenures (12 or 24 months) may carry interest as determined by your bank or financial institution.
The No-Cost EMI option, where available, will be clearly marked at checkout. If a tenure does not display a No-Cost label, standard interest rates set by your financial institution will apply.
Sleeplyf does not set or control the interest rates applied by banks or NBFCs.
Processing Fees & Charges
Processing fees and other charges on EMI transactions vary by bank, card type, tenure, and financial institution. These fees, if any, are levied directly by your bank or NBFC — not by Sleeplyf.
Please review the fee details shown at checkout before confirming your EMI option. You can also check with your bank or NBFC for the exact charges applicable to your account.
Cancellations & Refunds on EMI Orders
If you cancel or return an order that was paid via EMI, the refund process is governed by the terms and conditions of your bank or financial institution — not by Sleeplyf.
Generally:
• Sleeplyf will initiate the refund to the payment gateway once the cancellation or return is approved.
• The reversal of EMI instalments, closure of the EMI account, and any applicable foreclosure or cancellation charges are handled directly between you and your bank or NBFC.
• Any interest or processing fees already paid to your financial institution may or may not be refunded, as per their policy.
We recommend contacting your bank or NBFC for clarity on how an EMI refund will be processed on your account.

• EMI is a facility offered by financial institutions, not by Sleeplyf. The EMI agreement is solely between you and your bank or NBFC. Sleeplyf is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for its terms, approval, or execution.
• Approval is not guaranteed. EMI eligibility is determined entirely by your bank or financial institution. Sleeplyf has no control over approvals or rejections.
• EMI options may change. The banks, NBFCs, tenures, and no-cost periods available at checkout are subject to change at any time based on our payment gateway's offerings and the policies of financial institutions.
• Check before you buy. If EMI availability is important to your purchase decision, please verify the options at checkout before placing your order. Sleeplyf cannot guarantee that a specific bank, tenure, or no-cost period will always be available.
